Birthday shoulders & biceps workout

Yesterday had a birthday workout ;) shoulders and biceps. Had off at work but had to move my ass and take train to the gym :-) I ordered my bikini posing shoes, can't wait to get them!

Shoulder press

Seated shoulder press

Arnold press
