Tydzien po tygodniu powoli wracam do ciezszych ciezarow jedzac okolo 20g net wegli dziennie :D Jestem na ketozie. :) Tutaj mam 250kg na 8 powtorzen. Kilka tygodni temu malo nie poleglam przy 90kg... Oznacza to tylko jedno - Progres ✅
