3 cwiczenia nóg/ 3 leg exercises

Ostatnio miałam jakiegoś powera na treningu i szły prawie same duże ciężary. Zazwyczaj biorę raczej mniej. Wiec tu na filmie :
Leg press 250kg
Romanian deadlift z hantlami po 25kg
Bulgarian split squat z hantlami po 15kg

On one of my last leg workout I was full of energy and in every exercise used heavy weights. Usually I use smaller ones. On this movie:

Bulgarian split squat with 15kg dumbbells
