Competition prep started!

On monday my competition prep officialy started. In last week on bulking I was on 2700 cals a day but last days I ate even 2800 :D now I am on 2500 cals and my carbs go down to 35%... Also started my cardio haha 3x a week not bad. Training days changed from 6 days to 5.. Thanks god that I will have some rest. I usually working weekends so gym rest day on sunday was ok but I didn't rest at work :( I was exhausted... Now is my second day off from gym and work and don't know what to do with my life to the rest of the day xD...
Today got my UKBFF Members Passport. And just find out that even if I win overall at British I won't get a Pro Card because I'm not a British Citizen :( but that is a big dream :p 
Now need to focus on my posing. Back pose is the more difficult gor me , maybe because I still got a fat ass lol :D
On 21 of march I am going to Ruth Dales posing workshops, she is UKBFF Overall bikini winner 2015 and now IFBB bikini pro :p Can't wait for it :-)
